This study is testing a new vaginal ring for contraception (birth control). Researchers want to see how well it prevents pregnancy in women aged 18-35. They will also check if it's safe and if women find it easy to use over 13 monthly cycles.

This study compares a new vaginal ring delivery system for contraception with a commonly used birth control pill. It aims to see how well each prevents pregnancy and how safe and tolerable they are for women.
