An open-label, randomized, Phase 3 clinical trial of IO102-IO103 in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone in patients with previously untreated, unresectable, or metastatic (advanced) melanoma

This study is looking at a new combination of medicines (IO102-IO103 with pembrolizumab, also known as KEYTRUDA) for people with advanced melanoma that hasn't been treated before. It compares this combination to pembrolizumab alone to see if it works better at stopping the cancer from growing.
