Diagnosing Variable Primary Aldosteronism.
This study looks at how a hormone called aldosterone changes throughout the day in people with high blood pressure, especially those who might have a problem called Primary Aldosteronism. We want to see if checking pee over 24 hours helps diagnose it better and if aldosterone levels vary a lot.

Randomised Trial Comparing Thermal Ablation With Adrenalectomy in the Treatment of Unilateral Asymmetric PA
This study compares two treatments for a type of high blood pressure called primary aldosteronism. We want to see if a less invasive treatment, thermal ablation, works as well as surgery to remove a gland that's causing the problem, for people with a specific type of this condition.

This study tests a new scan called AldoView for people with high blood pressure caused by primary aldosteronism (PA). PA is when adrenal glands make too much a hormone. AldoView helps doctors find which gland is causing the problem, which can help with treatment.
