Phase II Study of Fedratinib and Nivolumab Combination in Patients with Myelofibrosis and Resistance or Suboptimal Response to JAK-inhibitor Treatment - The FRACTION Trial

This study looks at combining two medicines, fedratinib and nivolumab, for people with myelofibrosis whose current JAK-inhibitor treatment isn't working well. We want to see how well this new combination reduces symptoms and if people need fewer blood transfusions.
