Study of Ianalumab Versus Placebo in Addition to First-line Corticosteroids in Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP)
This study is looking at a new medicine called ianalumab for adults with a blood condition called ITP. We want to see if ianalumab, when given with standard treatment (steroids), can help keep platelet counts up. Half the participants will get ianalumab, and half will get a dummy medicine.
