This study is looking at a new medicine called farletuzumab ecteribulin for women with ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that hasn't responded to previous platinum-based chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if this new drug shrinks tumours or stops them growing compared to standard treatments.

MIRASOL: A Randomized, Open-label, Phase 3 Study of Mirvetuximab Soravtansine vs. Investigator’s Choice of Chemotherapy in Platinum- Resistant Advanced High-Grade Epithelial Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancers with High Folate Receptor-Alpha Expression
This study, called MIRASOL, is testing a new drug, Mirvetuximab Soravtansine, against standard chemotherapy for advanced ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancers that are resistant to platinum-based treatments and have high folate receptor-alpha.

A Study in Ovarian Cancer Patients Evaluating Rucaparib and Nivolumab as Maintenance Treatment Following Response to Front-Line Platinum-Based Chemotherapy
This study is for women with advanced ovarian cancer who've had their first treatment. It's testing if two medications, rucaparib and nivolumab, given after initial treatment, can help prevent the cancer from returning or growing. It compares these drugs to dummy treatments.
