A Randomized, Phase 2 Study of Pembrolizumab And Chemotherapy With or Without MK-4830 as Neoadjuvant Treatment for High-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer

This study is looking at new ways to treat advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer before surgery. It's testing if adding new drugs to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumours more, using a simple blood test to check progress.
