External Beam and Radioligand Radiotherapy for mCRPC
This study looks at combining two cancer treatments for advanced prostate cancer: a 'smart bomb' drug (177Lu-PSMA) and focused X-ray therapy (EBRT). The aim is to see if adding EBRT helps keep the cancer from causing problems like broken bones, without increasing side effects.

Liquid Biopsy Under PSMA Radioligand Therapy
This study looks at prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. We're using 'liquid biopsies' (blood tests) during a special treatment called PSMA-RLT to understand why the treatment sometimes stops working and to find better ways to check how well it's performing.
