Validation of a Novel Incremental Step Test for Assessment of Cardiopulmonary Fitness and Ventilatory Thresholds in Adults

This study is testing a new, simpler step test to see how fit people are. It's compared to a standard bike test. We want to know if the step test works just as well to measure fitness and how the body uses oxygen during exercise, aiming for an easier way to check health.
