Cabozantinib S-malate and Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Advanced, Recurrent, or Metastatic Endometrial Cancer

Testing the Addition of the Immunotherapy Drug Pembrolizumab to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment (Paclitaxel and Carboplatin) in Stage III-IV or Recurrent Endometrial Cancer
This study is testing if adding an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab to standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) works better for advanced or returning womb cancer. It aims to see if this new combination helps patients more than chemotherapy alone.
