A Study of Relatlimab Plus Nivolumab in Combination With Chemotherapy vs. Nivolumab in Combination With Chemotherapy as First Line Treatment for Participants With Stage IV or Recurrent Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

This study looks at new drug combinations to treat advanced lung cancer. It compares two different drug mixes, each including chemotherapy, to see which works best and is safest for people with Stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer.
