Polatuzumab Vedotin Plus Rituximab, Ifosfamide, Carboplatin and Etoposide (Pola-R-ICE) Versus R-ICE Alone in Second Line Treatment of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)
This study compares two treatments for a type of blood cancer called Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) that has come back or not responded well to initial treatment. One treatment is a standard chemotherapy, and the other adds a new drug, polatuzumab vedotin, to that standard treatment.

Study to Evaluate Loncastuximab Tesirine With Rituximab Versus Immunochemotherapy in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
This study looks at a new drug combination for adults with a type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that has come back or hasn't responded to previous treatment. It compares the new drug with standard treatment to see if it works better.
