Refractory seizures associated with tuberous sclerosis complex research hub

An open-label, multi-center long-term safety roll-over study in patients with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) and refractory seizures who are judged by the Investigator to benefit from continued treatment with everolimus after completion of Study CRAD001M2304 (EXIST-3)

This study looks at the long-term safety of a medicine called everolimus for adults with a condition called tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) who have seizures that are difficult to control. It's for people who have already been in a previous study and whose doctors think they are still benefiting from everolimus.
