Radiotherapy (miBG) in neuroblastoma combined with chemotherapy (talazoparib)

This study for children and young people with high-risk neuroblastoma tests a new combination of treatments: a targeted radiation therapy (131I-mIBG) and a chemotherapy drug (talazoparib). The goal is to see if this combination works better, especially for patients with certain gene changes.
