A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Mosunetuzumab in Combination With Lenalidomide in Comparison to Rituximab in Combination With Lenalidomide With a US Extension of Mosunetuzumab in Combination With Lenalidomide in Participants With Follicular Lymphoma

This study compares two treatments for follicular lymphoma that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. It looks at a new drug, mosunetuzumab, combined with lenalidomide, versus a standard treatment, rituximab with lenalidomide, to see which works better and if they are safe.
