Adaptive ChemoTherapy for Ovarian Cancer in Patients With Replased Platinum-sensitive High Grade Serous or High Grade Endometrioid Ovarian Cancer
This study is for women with ovarian cancer that has come back, specifically a type that has responded well to chemotherapy in the past. It's looking at a new way to give carboplatin, a common chemotherapy drug, to see if it can work better and with fewer side effects.

Olaparib Treatment in BRCA Mutated Ovarian Cancer Patients After Complete or Partial Response to Platinum Chemotherapy
This study looks at a drug called Olaparib for women with a specific type of ovarian cancer. It's for those whose cancer has improved after chemotherapy and have a change in their BRCA gene. We want to see if Olaparib helps keep the cancer away longer.
