A Phase III, Randomised, Double-blind, Study to Evaluate the Effect of Balcinrenone/Dapagliflozin Compared with Dapagliflozin on Renal and Cardiovascular Outcomes in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (Stage 3b and 4)
This study looks at whether adding a new medicine, balcinrenone, to an existing treatment called dapagliflozin gives extra protection to the heart and kidneys. It is for adults with moderate to advanced chronic kidney disease to see if the combined treatment delays kidney damage better than current care.
