A Phase II, Open-Label, Single-Arm, Multicentre Study of Carboplatin, Paclitaxel, and Tislelizumab in Biomarker-Selected Patients with Resectable Locally Advanced Oral Cavity Squamous Cell Carcinoma - PERSEPHONE Trial

This study looks at a new combination of medicines (chemotherapy with a drug called tislelizumab) for people with a certain type of mouth cancer that can be removed with surgery. We want to see how well this combination shrinks the tumour before surgery.
