Resected colon cancer with PI3K mutation stage III or II high risk research hub

French prospective randomised double blind study on aspirin versus placebo in resected colon cancer with PI3K mutation stage III or II high risk (PRODIGE 50 - ASPIK)

This study is looking at whether a low dose of aspirin can help stop colon cancer from coming back in people who have already had surgery. It focuses on those with a specific gene change (PI3K mutation) and a higher risk of the cancer returning. Some people will get aspirin, others a dummy pill.
