Effects of Flow Magnitude on Cardiorespiratory Stability During Nasal High Flow Therapy in Preterm Infants
This study looks at breathing support for premature babies. Researchers are comparing two methods: a common one called NCPAP, and a newer one called NHF. They want to see if NHF is just as good, but more comfortable, for babies who are already breathing fairly well.

Less Invasive Surfactant Administration in Late Preterm or Early Term Born Infants
This study looks at a new way to help babies born a few weeks early who have breathing problems. We're testing if giving a special lung medicine, called surfactant, in a less invasive way helps these babies breathe better and reduces their need for a breathing machine.
