Fosfomycin I.v. for Treatment of Severely Infected Patients
This study looks at how well the antibiotic fosfomycin works for serious infections like bone infections, meningitis, and severe pneumonia. It's for adults already being treated with fosfomycin and aims to see if it's safe and effective in real-world use.

A randomized double-blind placebo-controlled study to demonstrate the efficacy of PMBL® sublingual tablets in reducing the incidence of respiratory tract infections in children aged 3-12 years (PIRTIK).
This study looks at whether a sublingual (under-the-tongue) tablet, called PMBL®, can help reduce the number of breathing infections in children aged 3 to 12. We want to see if it makes children sick less often and for shorter periods.
