SCARFREE-001: A Phase 2 Dose-Finding and Proof-of-Concept Study of Intradermal Verteporfin for Scar Prevention in Open and Closed Surgical Wounds

This study is testing a new treatment called verteporfin to see if it can reduce scarring after surgery. Researchers are looking at different doses to find out if it makes scars better in both cuts that are stitched closed and small skin samples.
