This study, called CORSAR, is looking at whether a steroid medicine called prednisone can help adults with septic arthritis. Researchers want to see if it improves how well people can use their affected joints over 24 weeks.

This study uses a special camera to take pictures of body temperature to help find bone, joint, and soft tissue infections in children. This new method is quick, safe, and could help doctors diagnose these infections earlier and more easily than current tests.
