A multi-centre, single arm, open-label extension study to evaluate the long-term safety of GSK3511294 (Depemokimab) in adult and adolescent participants with severe asthma with an eosinophilic phenotype from studies 206713 or 213744
This study looks at the long-term safety of a new medicine, GSK3511294 (Depemokimab), for adults and teenagers with severe asthma. Participants have already taken part in earlier studies of this medicine. We'll check for side effects and how their asthma is doing over a year.

A 52-week, randomised, double-blind, double-dummy, parallel group, multi-centre, non-inferiority study assessing exacerbation rate, additional measures of asthma control and safety in adult and adolescent severe asthmatic participants with an eosinophilic phenotype treated with GSK3511294 (depemokimab) compared with mepolizumab or benralizumab
This study looks at a new medicine called depemokimab for severe asthma with high eosinophils. It compares it to existing treatments like mepolizumab and benralizumab over a year to see if it's just as good at preventing asthma attacks and improving control.
