A Study to Estimate How Often Post-stroke Spasticity Occurs and to Provide a Standard Guideline on the Best Way to Monitor Its Development

This study will track people for a year after their first stroke to see how many develop stiff muscles (spasticity) that could be helped by medication. The goal is to create better ways to monitor for this common problem.
