Study Comparing Ivonescimab Alone or Ivonescimab in Combination With Ligufalimab Versus Pembrolizumab for the Treatment of SCCHN

This study looks at new treatments, ivonescimab and ligufalimab, for head and neck cancer that has come back or spread, and compares them to a standard drug, pembrolizumab. It aims to see if the new treatments can help people live longer.
