Randomized trial of standard chemotherapy alone or combined with atezolizumab as adjuvant therapy for patients with stage III colon cancer and deficient DNA mismatch repair (ATOMIC)

This study is looking at a new treatment for stage 3 bowel cancer that has a specific genetic feature. It compares standard chemotherapy with chemotherapy plus a new drug called atezolizumab (Tecentriq) to see if the new combination helps people live longer without their cancer coming back.
