Clopidogrel vs. Aspirin for Cardiovascular Risk Reduction in Patients With S. Aureus Bacteremia
This study looks at whether changing from aspirin to clopidogrel might help people with a specific blood infection called S. aureus bacteremia. We're studying patients who already take aspirin for heart or circulation problems.

Dabigatran vs. Oral Anti-Xa Inhibitors in S. Aureus Bacteremia
This study compares different blood thinners (Dabigatran vs. Apixaban, Edoxaban, or Rivaroxaban) in people with a serious স্টাফ infection (S. aureus bacteremia). We want to see if switching to dabigatran, which might fight the infection, improves outcomes for patients already taking blood thinners.
