PRODIGE 111 – DOMZIGAST A randomized phase II study evaluating FOLFIRI vs FOLFIRI plus Domvanalimab (anti-TIGIT) and Zimberelimab (anti-PD1) in patients with advanced gastric or gastro-oesophageal junction adenocarcinoma with progression during or after peri-operative chemotherapy.
This study looks at new treatments for advanced stomach or gastro-oesophageal junction cancer that has grown despite earlier chemotherapy. We're testing if adding two new drugs, domvanalimab and zimberelimab, to standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
