A Phase 3, Multicenter, Double-Blinded, Randomized Study to Evaluate REGN7508, a Factor XI Monoclonal Antibody, Versus Acetylsalicylic Acid for Prophylaxis of Symptomatic Venous Thromboembolism After Elective Total Knee Arthroplasty (ROXI-ASPEN)

This study is comparing a new medication, REGN7508, with common aspirin. We want to see how well they prevent blood clots (VTE) after knee replacement surgery. It's a key step in finding better ways to keep patients safe and healthy after their operation.
