Mechanism-based Therapy of Hypotensive Syncope

This study looks at treating severe fainting (syncope) caused by low blood pressure. We're testing two ways to raise blood pressure: carefully stopping blood pressure lowering medicines, or using a medication called fludrocortisone. The goal is to reduce how often people faint.
