Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Active Lupus Nephritis research hub

A SINGLE-ARM, OPEN-LABEL, PHASE II STUDY TO DETERMINE THE SAFETY AND EFFICACY OF OBECABTAGENE AUTOLEUCEL (OBE-CEL) IN PARTICIPANTS WITH SEVERE, REFRACTORY SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS WITH ACTIVE LUPUS NEPHRITIS

This study is looking at a new treatment called obe-cel for severe lupus that affects the kidneys. We want to see if it helps reduce kidney problems and improve overall health, and if it's safe for people aged 18 and over.
