A randomized controlled non-inferiority trial comparing 7 versus 14 days of ciprofloxacin for male urinary tract infections with systemic involvement.

This study looks at treating severe urine infections in men. It compares giving a common antibiotic for 7 days versus 14 days to see if the shorter treatment works just as well at clearing the infection and stopping symptoms.
