This study looks at a new 3D ultrasound method to check the heart's pumping in adults who had surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot, a type of heart condition. It compares this new method with standard MRI scans and other ultrasound tests to see if it's accurate and useful.

This study is looking at a new type of MRI scan for children with congenital heart problems. It compares two different contrast dyes, gadopiclenol and gadoterate meglumine, to see which gives clearer images and helps doctors better understand heart conditions like cardiomyopathy or Tetralogy of Fallot.
