A Phase 2 Study of Olaparib in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Participants with Previously Treated, Homologous Recombination Repair Mutation (HRRm) and/or Homologous Recombination Deficiency (HRD)-Positive Advanced Cancer

This study looks at new treatments for advanced cancer with specific genetic changes. It combines two medicines, olaparib and pembrolizumab, to see how well they shrink tumours and improve outcomes for patients whose cancer has these particular genetic features.
