An open-label, single-arm, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of caplacizumab and immunosuppressive therapy without first-line therapeutic plasma exchange in adults with immunemediated thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura

This study is testing a new way to treat a rare blood disorder called TTP. It looks at whether a medicine called Cablivi, along with other treatments, can help people with TTP get better without needing a common but intensive procedure called plasma exchange.
