CARDIO-TTRansform Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Sub-study
This study uses special heart scans (MRI) to see if a new medicine can help reduce a build-up of a substance called amyloid in the hearts of people with a condition called ATTR-CM. The scans will help doctors understand how the medicine affects the heart over time.

CARDIO-TTRansform: A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Eplontersen (Formerly Known as ION-682884, IONIS-TTR-LRx and AKCEA-TTR-LRx) in Participants With Transthyretin-Mediated Amyloid Cardiomyopathy (ATTR CM)
This study is testing a new medicine, eplontersen, for a heart condition called ATTR amyloidosis. It aims to see if eplontersen works better than a dummy medicine (placebo) to improve the health of people with this condition.
