A Phase 1/2a Dose-Escalating Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics of ARO-DM1 in Subjects With Type 1 Myotonic Dystrophy Who are ≥18 to ≤65 Years

This study is testing a new medicine called ARO-DM1 for people with Type 1 Myotonic Dystrophy. We want to see if it's safe, how the body handles it, and if it helps. Participants will be aged 18 to 65.
