This study is testing a new combination of drugs, ociperlimab and tislelizumab, against a standard treatment, pembrolizumab, for a serious type of lung cancer. The aim is to see if the new combination can help people live longer and improve their quality of life.

This study is looking at a new combination of medicines (IO102-IO103 with pembrolizumab, also known as KEYTRUDA) for people with advanced melanoma that hasn't been treated before. It compares this combination to pembrolizumab alone to see if it works better at stopping the cancer from growing.
