A Study of Atezolizumab With Lenvatinib or Sorafenib Versus Lenvatinib or Sorafenib Alone in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Previously Treated With Atezolizumab and Bevacizumab
This study looks at new drug combinations for advanced liver cancer that has already been treated. It compares atezolizumab with lenvatinib or sorafenib against lenvatinib or sorafenib alone, to see if the combinations work better and are safe.

Ezurpimtrostat autophagy inhibitor in association with Atezolizumab-Bevacizumab in first line treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma, a phase 2b randomized trial. ABE-LIVER
This study is testing a new drug, Ezurpimtrostat, alongside standard treatments (Atezolizumab and Bevacizumab) for advanced liver cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It aims to see how well this new combination stops the cancer from growing.
