A Phase 1/2, Multicenter, Open Label, Dose Escalation & Dose Expansion Study of JK08, an IL-15 Antibody Fusion Protein Targeting CTLA-4, Monotherapy or in Combination in Patients with Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Cancer
This study is testing a new medicine, JK08, for people with advanced cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It's looking to find the safest dose of JK08, both on its own and with other existing cancer drugs like Keytruda and Lenvima. This is one of the first times this new medicine is being given to people.

A Phase 1/2, First-in-Human, Open-Label, Dose-Escalation Study of TAK-280 in Patients With Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Cancer
This study is testing a new medicine, TAK-280, for people with advanced cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It's an early-stage study looking at how safe the drug is, what side effects it might cause, and how the body handles it. We also want to see if it helps shrink tumours.
