Durvalumab + Intraductal Radiofrequency Ablation (ID-RFA) in Extrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

This study looks at combining targeted heat treatment (radiofrequency ablation or RFA) with chemotherapy and a drug called Durvalumab for a type of bile duct cancer outside the liver. It's for patients whose cancer can't be removed by surgery, aiming to see if this combination works better.
