Thoracic Radiotherapy plus Durvalumab in Elderly and/or frail NSCLC stage III patients unfit for chemotherapy - Employing optimized (hypofractionated) radiotherapy to foster durvalumab efficacy

This study looks at a new way to treat lung cancer for older or frailer patients. It combines a special type of radiation therapy with a drug called durvalumab (Imfinzi). The aim is to see if this treatment is safe and effective in shrinking tumors in people who can't have standard chemotherapy.
