A phase II trial of radiotherapy-durvalumab without prophylactic neck irradiation in squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (REWRITe)

This study is looking at a new way to treat head and neck cancer. It combines standard radiotherapy with a new drug called durvalumab, and aims to see if we can reduce the need for surgery in the neck, while still controlling the cancer.
