A Phase 3, Open-label, Randomized Study of Nivolumab Combined with Ipilimumab, or with Standard of Care Chemotherapy, versus Standard of Care Chemotherapy in Participants with Previously Untreated Unresectable or Metastatic Urothelial Cancer

This study is looking at new ways to treat bladder cancer that has spread or can't be removed with surgery. It compares a new combination of medicines with standard chemotherapy to see which works best at helping people live longer. Participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment groups.
