A study to investigate pharmacokinetics and safety of rupatadine (10 mg) and its active metabolites in participants with renal impairment compared to matched control participants with normal renal function.
This study looks at a medicine called rupatadine, used for allergies like hay fever and hives. We want to see how the body handles this medicine in people with kidney problems compared to those with healthy kidneys. It's a first-step study to understand the medicine better.
