Study of Subretinally Injected AAVB-081 in Patients With Usher Syndrome Type IB (USH1B) Retinitis Pigmentosa

This study is testing a new gene therapy, AAVB-081, for people aged 18-50 with Usher Syndrome type 1B (USH1B) who have sight problems due to a specific gene change (MYO7A mutation). It aims to check if the treatment is safe and how well people tolerate it, as well as if it starts to improve their vision.
