Transcutaneous Vagus Nerve Stimulation for Ventricular Arrhythmias
This study looks at whether a gentle electrical stimulation applied to the ear can help people with irregular heartbeats (ventricular arrhythmias). We want to see if this treatment, called Low-Level Tragus Stimulation, can reduce how often these irregular beats happen. It's a safe and simple method.

PRIMARY Ancillary Substudy
This study looks at how different heart operations (repair vs. clip) affect your heart if you have a leaky heart valve (mitral valve prolapse). It uses scans and monitoring to understand why some people get heart rhythm problems and aims to find the best treatment for different patients.
