Pivotal 2 Study of RGX-314 Gene Therapy in Participants With nAMD
This study is testing a new, one-time gene therapy called ABBV-RGX-314 for wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). It aims to see if this treatment can improve vision and reduce the need for frequent eye injections, compared to the standard treatment, aflibercept (EYLEA®).

A 2-year Study of EYP-1901 in Subjects With Wet Age Related Macular Degeneration (wAMD) (LUCIA) Primary Efficacy Will be Determined at Week 56
This study, called LUCIA, is looking at a new treatment called EYP-1901 for wet age-related macular degeneration (wAMD). Researchers want to see if EYP-1901 is as effective as a standard treatment, aflibercept, over two years for improving or maintaining eyesight.
