Optimizing the Use of Aspirin for the Prevention of Preeclampsia
This study looks at whether pregnant women at high risk of pre-eclampsia can safely stop taking low-dose aspirin earlier. It compares stopping aspirin at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy with continuing until 36 weeks, to see if shorter treatment is just as effective.
